Lorenzo’s The crew behind the popular SoHo bar Mother’s Ruin are behind this late-night spot, which will have a Latin slant to both its food, by the chef Michael Gutowski, formerly of Wallflower, and its drinks, by William Pineapple. Rum, tequila, cachaça, pisco and aguardiente will play a part. Beer and wine will be on tap. There will be a large outdoor seating area, with a brunch menu to come.
